Rider/ Passenger Wind Solution

I bought my 00 I/S last month and it came with a Tulsa 2" wider and 6" taller than stock windshield. I'm 5'6" and like a bit of breeze so I ordered a CeeBailey 2" lower than stock and I like it. My wife gets blasted in the face with wind. So she wears a HJC flip full face, but I'm concerned that she is experiencing a lot of wind noise she isn't fully aware of. She has very little hearing in her left ear, low tones only, and tinnitus. I really hate looking through a windshield, but I can adapt. Is it the extra width of the Tulsa that primarily keeps the wind off the passenger? I have Baker Air Wings. I don't want to chop up a really nice Tulsa screen as an "experiment". Any suggestions........ And we're fair weather day-trippers two-up. I want her to be comfortable and not be exacerbating her tinnitus.

The larger screen with a Honda/Tulsa vent might be good for you. You'd have to cut the hole for the vent kit, but it would allow lots of air on the warm days, but cut the wind when you want less buffetting.

Then put the Tulsa back on. The rear seat sits higher so you need the added heigth of the Tulsa for her.

If she can try soft ear plugs that might help her ears...
Have you tried the OEM stock size shield ??
Or you'll just have to deal with looking thru the Tulsa...
When she rides with you
