Does anyone know whether the front brake switch is inter-changeable with any standard auto parts brake switch before I go ordering one from Pro-Caliber? And is it an is it an active circuit or a passive one?

Thanks in advance.

Remove it and spray some contact cleaner around the plunger button. Work the button lots as you spray. Replace. I've fixed several this way. They get dirty.

Gonna try that Sandy before I go spend the 15-20 bucks for a new one. Thanks
