In safe in Missoula. S*=\ was that a hot ride across central WA. Almost thought to turn around. Hit Spokane green grass and trees, and felt that the temp dropped 20'.

Was nice from there, through Idaho and onto Montana.

A few of those pesky dear dead on the side of the road.

Hope tomorrow will be better.

What a long drive in such a short time. Never again, need to slow down and smell the roses along the way. Glad i have r days to go home. Now to plan.

So good to hear that you're there safe and sound. Wow! That's a lot of miles in two days! Get some well deserved rest so you can enjoy the rally and the amazing roads in the area. Take loads of photos and post them for us. Safe Travels!

Mike B/Lisa and Steven/Margaret (Kelowna) along with the boys/girls from Spokane are here. I think we are looking at Mt Rushmore tomorrow.

 Sad

On the road. Not easy to do.

Currently in Wanatchee. Made it to Butte yesterday. Today drove down hwy 2 and it was windy. Making "The Wife" happy and going to stop by the outlet mall tomorrow by Tulalip.

Yesterday was fun. There was a storm warning for the NE of Billings. Missed it, since we where heading W. But there where some nasty cloud ahead of us. Just get up to them, rain starts, and the Interstate turns away to a clearing.

Mike B, if you read this, you got to drive hwy 212 from I-90 to Wyoming state line. Only gas is right at that line, so fill up.

glad to hear you're almost home with no issues. I like hwy #2 much better than hwy #90......single lane, less traffic and more to see. Looking forward to hearing about the rally.

Finally uploaded the few pics I took while here.

I think I was lost, I have no idea where I am???

Taking a break in the Black hills, looking for Mt Rushmore.

Then dinner that night at Applebees outside the hotel.

I stopped for a lunch break at the same exact spot, same day, probably 30 minutes before, because I met you guys shortly after that, IIRC. We were riding the same loop, but in opposite directions!

That was some great riding,
