it depends on the shape of the Phillips.  It could be a Reed and Prince, a  Torque-Set, Pozi_driv, Frearson. or Supadrive.

All of these are variations on the Phillips Screw.

But nothing beats a Robertson cooldude

If it's on the Valkyrie, it's a JIS screw.
