Hello
After sitting since last season, I discovered that the clutch fluid was low. I refilled with Dot4 and the clutch worked fine after a few squeezes. I didn't see any fluid leaks below the Valk. Could it be leaking directly into the transmission?  The fluid level was below the glass but the cylinder was not completely dry.

It is possible to leak into the transmission from the slave clutch, check your oil dip stick to see if there is a increase in the amount of oil...if so, replace or rebuild the slave clutch......it doesn't sound like  you've lost a lot of fluid, could be just normal evaporation....

I would change the oil if you suspect a leaking slave cylinder. FWIW  ???

I'd suspect normal evaporation.

I'd fill it up and ride it & check the level every week or 2 for the season and see what you encounter.

If you keep losing fluid, then it is time to rebuild the slave clutch.

No loss of fluid, then ride it and quit worrying.
