I am in the process of removing my baffles.  They are the longer ,  14 inch?, variety.
As I remove them and clean them up I notice how much carbon is built up and that all but one no longer have the little bar across the back end.
I am removing the old fiber glass and wrapping with stainless steel wool and wire.
I eventually want replace the ones I have due to the noted corrosion.
Cobra said they no longer make this system or the replacement parts.
Now for the question,  does anyone know if any of there other replacement baffles will work in our model of pipes?
Does anyone happens to know the I.D. on these pipes? (This would prevent me having  to apply SWAG to this venture).  Am I correct in my thinking that I only need to make sure that the I.D. is the same ....... they should work correctly, yes?

You need to find baffles made for 2" OD pipes. I bought some 8" long louvered baffles from MID-USA Motorcycle Parts (PN 95016) . They're only 8" long and don't have any packing so I doubt they'd be quiet enough for you. I found these recently, though, they're 10" long with packing and are made for 2" pipes.
