I know many of you pray and I need your prayers. I am suppose to leave next Monday on a 4000 mile bike trip out west from knoxville, the problem is I hurt my back real bad and am flat on my back, went to 2 docs today and took a shot of cortizone, but still no relief.  four others going with me, but they wont go if I cant make it, please pray for me to have a speedy recovery.

Prayers from South Carolina. Rest... keep good posture... do what your doctor says... anti inflammatories
(like aspirin, don't take more than it sez, if your doc gave you something, don't take them
unless he sez so...) help me. Hope you feel better by Monday...

Prayers sent for a full and quick recovery bro.

You might consider a good chiropractor. Mine saved me from having neck vertebra fused surgically 10 years ago and all is still good. The disk is still blown of course but if it’s not pinching a nerve it really doesn’t matter.

I’d look for a chiropractor who will actually adjust you and not just put you on machine and collect you’re money as many seem to do now.

I've got chronic lower back pain and a chiropractor is the only thing that works. I'd check one out pronto!
