While you're in there, get hold of a 1-2" long bristle brush and knock that dust off. You'd be surprised the trouble dirt can create. The connections look like the accessory lines, good for about 5 amp max.

That looks like the connections for the Interstate.  Those are the wires that are used if you have the Hondaline fog lamps in the radiator pods.  They can always be used for other things but that is the intended purpose when Honda put them there.

Ah Ha, wrong answer,(except for, get the dirt cleaned off those wires and connections), those are not the accessory wires...  Roll Eyes
