The last few years we have held our Hill Country Ride-In at the Peach Tree Inn in Fredericksburg, coinciding with the Harvest Classic.  There have been some suggestions to move back further south to get closer to the sisters and more remote roads.  I would like to hear everyone's opinion on which approach to take.  Typically the weekend gets driven by hotel availability, but I'm adding an option for whether the Harvest Classic is desirable or not (a nice side benefit, vs. making the town busier).

I voted to keep it like it is. I like the Peach Tree Inn, and while I'm really not all that interested in going to the Harvest Classic, it does provide an extra opportunity for those who do.

If others would rather move it to another location which closer to the sisters, or perhaps keep it at the Peach Tree, but move it to another weekend other than the Harvest Classic weekend, I would be fine with that too.

The main reason Vita and I go is for some nice riding, and some mighty fine fellowship  cooldude

I know there's a fine line between a groove and a rut, but I like the way we've done it the last couple of years. Fredericksburg + Peachtree + Harvest Classic, 23 - 25 October.

There is no timing tied to the other locations.  I'll look at other events in Texas, and hotel availability, and try to make the most logical choice.
