Looks like both East bound and West bound lanes are going to be closed for awhile.   Undecided

When the bridges on I-5 washed out a few years back, Caltrans put out expedited bids with serious incentives for rapid project completions. Enterprising Contractors brought in RR Flat Cars for temporary bridges to keep traffic flowing both directions. The bridge restoration was completed in record time and the contractors were rewarded handsomely. Normally a big bloated bureaucracy like Caltrans can't even pass gas without multiple meetings, consultant studies, budget reviews, environmental studies, add infinitum BS. But they proved that it can actually be done when all the red tape is shredded and Contractors are offered deserving incentives....my2cents...6shutr
