I can open up the barn and host one on this Saturday 7/25 if we have enough interest and care to ride out this way (where the real folks live) in Anna, TX

Sorry I did not see this earlier.  I've been off the board a couple of weeks.  I do need to rebuild my forks before Fredericksburg, but there was no way to do it this weekend.  Hopefully we can arrange a wrench party sometime before then?
