Well, it damn sure wasn't from the 3 stooges. Pam made sure that we were watching out for each other. Pibit was watching me, I was watching Hotglue and Hotglue was watching Pibit. (I think). Plus we all know RJ for a long time. I must have told him a half dozen times, it don't matter what you are riding in - it is WHO is riding in it.
Man, RJ is the REAL DEAL. I mean a million miles on 2 wheels...who in the hell cares what he rides up on. We were just grooving on the fellowship with the old fart.

Anywho, it wasn't anyone standing next to me....Let's see, "Does he think we ride Harleys?" 2 of them were!!!! So it sure wasn't my other two stooges and the fact that RJ was willing to ride me through Des Moines today lets me off the hook as well ( I was the only Valk Pilot in the group)!
Whoo-Hoo! It wasn't the 3 Texas/Louisiana/Canadian stooges that rode 3k round trip for the Minnesota Ride In - Yuk, yuk, yuk - Ack - Meow - Woof-woof - Whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop!

Aruff-aruff - clack clack clack.... Why certainly!!!!!!!!!!
I will post a full Tech Session post on it but I had a bearing go out on me in Missouri. I heard the noise and thought that was what it was. The noise went away and I hit my rear brake TWO DAYS LATER on the ride and the bike shimmys like hell. Looked under the bike at the Minnsota Discovery Center and there is part of the inner race and a ball bearing haning out. All that was left was the outer race in the wheel. We had the wheel off, beat the outter race out for an hour and got everything put back together in 1 3/4 hours in a parking lot with tools we had on the bikes and some wood and jacks we borrowed in a PARKING LOT! AMAZING!!!!! SERIOUSLY, amazing!!! Bike sure ran better after it actually had a bearing in the wheel!

Lucky I was with the group that I was riding with that day!!!!!!!

I happened to have another bearing in my bag (as did Zots) and Mark even had an axle socket (that I will as well when I get home and get to Walmart). AMAZING!!!! (Plus, TP got them loooooong legs just made for stabilizing a bike!) You oughta follow him for many a mile when he has his feet on his highway pegs - he looks like a daddy long legs! Sure wish I could be following old Daddy right now - but reckon I will see him in Texas tomorrow.
