Find the 2 wires that are crossed up, change em, solder em and heat shrink tube em.     No big deal......

I'd give ya the wire colors, but a buddy borrowed my manual & hasn't returned it....

I can tell ya that GREEN is ground...........

You mentioned the rear turn signals are reversed from the front,, But,, failed to say which ones work correctly..  If the fronts work correctly then I doubt the modulator has anything to do with your problem,, its probably just the rear connector under the fender..

Orange is the left turn, light blue is the right.  They could be reversed within the rear turn mount or behind the right side cover.

You obviously have the right hand bulb in the left hand socket and vice versa.....

There could be a reason for the apparent mistake. If the rear turn signals are actually front turn signals placed on the rear to allow for running lights, they would have to be criscrossed to keep the screws on the bottom. Do they have double filiment bulbs?
The Rattlebars site has a write-up on this mod.

When I did the run stop turn mod on my rear signals, I used front signals to do it.  To keep the confusion to a minimum and prevent cross wiring, I stripped the sockets with wiring out of the signals and reversed them so the wiring colors matched up.
