Yes it was beastly hot for Saturdays ride however I still thoroughly enjoyed the ride and had a great time.  If i can be home by 10:30 we can beat the worst of the heat. That would be better for this fat 53 year old.

I do not have a clue Don because the crystal ball is broken! However some of us (TT) can handle this heat. I can handle it however it doesn't mean that I thoroughly enjoy it.  I on the other hand can handle extreme cold a heck of a lot better than I can heat.  Snowmobiling has been one of my northern sports and I remember clearly driving in middle Wisconsin when the temperature not windchill was 36° below zero and staying out till 2-3 in the morning riding. That was before butt warmers and handwarmers and whatever warmers.   True!

I will be riding for an early morning beach breakfast also,  I'm staying close so I can be home early too. Met another local Valkyrie rider this morning that I didn't know existed. This should be a good thing. He wants to me to try some Greek place in Tarpon that's supposed to be real good. I'll post it when we go if anyone is Interested "Mr. Souvlaki"

Sidebar, we had the pleasure of eating at Reds in Hernando this weekend. This place is fantastic, rustic inside. Great fresh food, breakfast and lunch only, close at 2:00pm The only thing better than the food was our waitress. I give it a two thumbs up cooldude cooldude

Luigis used to have good breakfast, but it is a small place.  We used to meet there regularly in the past.

Country Feed Store Cafe looks good & somewhere new ???
If the meet time is 9:00 or after I could change my plans and make this, maybe bring a new Valkyrie rider along.

Hey Eddie, I think breakfast will probably be more like 10:30. Why don't U come to the park first at 9am and ride with us before breakfast? It's not that far from Brooksville.

I called the country feed store café this morning and told them that we would be there roughly 10:30 and I also told them I would call them from the park when we left so that they could have something set up.
