Last Sat. I had the opportunity to have three bikes sitting side by side to make a legit comparison between them.  A Goldwing comfort audio/navi, a HD Ultra Classic Limited, and a Victory Cross Country Touring edition.  After an extended period of time and test riding I left the Vulcan with them and rode the Victory home.  Got in a little over 280 miles on the Vic on Sunday riding with the Southern Cruisers and am very pleased with my purchase.  And even more pleased with the experience at Lone Star Indian.  Yes, I know this is a Valk site and forum so I'll shut up now.  You guys ride safe!  We will see you down the road.

Congratulations…

I test rode a Victory Cross Country a while back and really liked the ride.  Power was good with a confident throttle and braking was very good as was the overall handling.  Figured I'd just need to put risers on the handle bars to get comfortable as the seat and leg positions were agreeable right from the start.

Considered a Vic about 6 months ago and it would have been to replace the wing. Congrats on the new bike.

Let's see a pic!

BTW - the Vic wouldn't have replaced my Valk. (now, this is Valk related)

We are considering a Victory Cross Country as our main long distance cruiser. But, will never sell the VAlk.
