Hi all,

I have a 2014 Valkyrie about 2 mos. old.  Looking to get some mileage on her and this seems like a good run.  I love the colors on the MO byways.

I will not get a room as I will ride in from Platte City that morning on the 10th.  Should be in town around 7:30.

I am not new to Honda but I am to the Valkyrie.  I have been enjoying her quite often.  Looking for another seat.  And sofar Corbin seems to be the only alternative at the moment.

I will post photos when I have a moment in the newcomers thread.

Will there be a breakfast folks are gathering at prior to ride?

Welcome Remy!!!

Monica and I will probably eat breakfast at the hotel.  They have a continental breakfast bar.  It isn't great but it is food.  I am sure there will be several folks that go up to Toot Toots for breakfast.  It is located on the west side of I-35.  Stands up will be at 8:30 from the hotel.  I am asking that everyone be gassed up and ready to ride.  It will be a full day of riding but I really think it will an easy ride.  None of the roads are difficult and we will be going at an easy pace.  It should be a great ride!!

It was an absolutely beautiful weekend!  We couldn't have asked for better roads, friends, or food.

It was good seeing old friends...meeting new friends...and riding with everyone.  Here are a few pictures I took during the ride.

Anyone who missed this ride missed a great one. Many thanks to Joe and everyone who helped organize this. It was great meeting so many new friends and I really look forward to seeing you all again in the future.
I think a special recognition is in order for Joe for bringing the Fire ! cooldude
Maybe he should be known as "Keeper of the flame" or something.

Awesome ride! I posted a video of most everyone leaving the parking lot at the battlefield. I think it's on the 2nd page now and posted quite a few pictures on the Kansas Valkyrie group facebook page. Thanks Joe! Next year I'm staying at what ever hotel you all plan on staying at!
