The annual Anacortes Oyster Run is fast approaching. 3 more weeks, Sept 27, and the Ralley is on. One of the biggest (The Biggest?) of the PNW. 20+K bikes all on one day.

I always show up early, 7:30-8 am, to get my choice of parking spot, and get breakfast before the bikes start rolling on in. Then away early, around noon, again, to bet the herd of bikes all leaving at the same time.
It's a really weird experience seeing all those bikes on the road, and only a couple of cars between them.
