I'm the second-closest Valkyrie to the Prairie House that I know of, but 8am any day is way too early for this second-shifter. Y'all have fun.

I may make it up there later, though.   coolsmiley   They serve breakfast until noon.   cooldude   ...mmm, cornmeal pancakes...

I can make it.  Maybe afterwards, we can ride up north to the Oklahoma border.  I heard there is a new place in Forestburg we can try or we can stop in Greenwood for a burger.

Should be a good day to ride. Sorry to miss it. We'll be riding in east Texas at the CMA State Rally.

Just a question to the group - if there was a ride Saturday but the meeting was Thursday night, would you go to the meeting on Thursday?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to make Thursday this week either. Just a booked week for me on schedules.

Depending on location, it's possible I could attend a Thursday meeting.

A Saturday ride sounds great, but regardless of location, it's not possible I attend anything at 8am.

But that's just me.   Undecided

Well, looks like there are only 2 of us for Saturday. I'm really not going to be able to attend or run Thursday meetings.

So, if Jackie doesn't mind putting together a meeting some place next week, I guess we (y'all) can meet on Thursday.

I would like to do a Saturday ride, even if it's just a Breakfast (or Lunch) run someplace away from town. Dave, I was thinking 8:00am to get a head start on the heat. But I used to work swing shift, I get it that it's a bit early.

I can adjust my time for Saturday, and if we are just doing a ride and not a meeting then we can also make the destination different. for example Blue Ridge has a nice breakfast/lunch place Cattleman's.

I work first shift and would prefer a 9 or even 10 meet-up for breakfast.  I beat the birds up five days a week so I relish my Saturday and Sunday sleeping in.

How about a bi-monthly schedule, one on Thursday and two weeks later on Saturday?

So, we had 11 people show up, I'm bad with names but let me give it a try.

Dave - Disco
Dave - ValkPilot
Dave - Baron
Bosman & Tammy
Woody
Chuck - Houdini
JC + 1
and a guy that's not on the board I think it was Bob, a Valk rider that Disco introduced to us that lives 2 miles from the Prairie house.

After Breakfast we all (all of us minus Bob) rode up through St Joe to Indian bridge and u-turned. Was a great day to ride and as Woody said I did a total of about 250 miles today and got 41 MPG.
