Brakes are all new, brakes are working fine, but I am getting a clicking noise when I apply the front brakes. Back brakes are quite and normal?

When you replaced the brake pads did you remove the tire? If so make sure the left fork leg is in its proper position or the caliper will rub on the rotor. A quick check. looking down the leg from the top the axle head should be pretty much flush at the top and bottom of the leg

Clicking is not abnormal as the pads are free floating.

Spring clips in place and not worn? The pads might be hitting the pin when you apply the brakes if the clip is old/worn/bent. Try replacing the clips or maybe bending them a bit to hold the pad in place better.
