Vacuum line replacement

I want to do the first replacement of the lines and the carb plugs. I don't want to desmog. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I think the ID is 3.5 mm. So far I found this 4mm silicon hose, what do you think?

What hose have you used?
I read bigBF sells plugs. What's his web site?
I know how to get #6 line to the gas valve changed. But what about the rest of them. What do you need to take off to get to the ends?

The vacuum line you need is 5/32 ID. There are only two more lines that need to be changed besides the one you mentioned that goes to the petcock.
These other two are connected to the center intakes.
I unbolt the tank and unhook the fuel selector switch from the petcock so I can raise the tank ,more like rotate it toward the right side. So I can access the "T" fitting the lines are connected to over the top of the left carb bank
I use the string method of pulling the new lines into place. Tie a strong string onto the ends of the lines at the intakes. Then, once disconnected from the "T" you can pull the old hose out over the carbs, tie the new one on in its place and use the string to pull the new lines into the right position.

To get at the "T" and the line to the pair valve do you have to remove the air filter box?

No, just lift the left side of the tank and you can get to it over the carbs
