Hey Everyone & Happy Labor Day. I just spent the last three hours waxing up the Valk. Put it on my stand & cleaned & waxed the wheels too. What a job, eh? Now, if I can just stay away from those afternoon thunderstorms, ya know? Sure looks purdy. Wheels were really dirty. Looks real nice now. Well everyone...be safe. IBA 1990 tommy t

3 hours is about what it takes me to detail mine also. Wash ,Dry, Wax and Polish. A clean Valkyrie just runs better  cooldude

I know the feeling Iba... I just got done cleaning my I/S and removing pods, tank, saddlebags, etc to get a good detail done and now she is all nice and purdy... so nice that I put her to bed in the storage shed and have been tearing up the road on my new tourer... that's how you keep it clean!!!

Problem solved IBA get two bikes and you can always have one cleaned up and ready to go  2funny

Yea it takes me that long to do a proper cleaning on mine as well. That reminds me I have to do that for a show on Saturday.

Now Stude, I saw you cleaning that Tourer every time we stopped the other day.  At least I waited till I got home.  (that's what I did today after the yard work was rained out)  2funny hoser

What is this "clean" you speak of?  I do give mine a bath whenever it rains, bujt I'm not familiar with the term "clean".
