New to the forum and posting. On the map section the last activity from a rep in my area was in Sept. 2014. Looking for a local group or club to ride with.

Welcome from Kissimmee

There are rides posted almost every weekend but they are more over to the west side of the Central Florida,  nice roads up that way.
I usually ride over that way to meet and ride.
We have a few Valkoholics over your way, it is just a matter of someone posting a ride suggestion and I am sure there will be a nice show.

We just had a Pizza Party this past weekend and at least 25 Valks showed up, it was a great day.

Keep checking in here and jump in and join the madness  cooldude

Hello Wayngo333, and welcome!  cooldude  I'm from DeLand, and there are some others from the Daytona Beach area. As said by others, there are typically rides. Just because they tend to be Western Central FL, that doesn't mean we can't ride on this coast. Hang around and we will meet up sometimes.

Thanks, I have yet to figure out a pic upload. I ride a 14' Valkyrie. My 2nd Honda after a 30 yr gap in late teens on my 250. Been HD but burned out with servicing it and breaking down. After riding this Valk I regret the years and money wasted. Love the bike.

Welcome from the Gainesville area.  Keep watching the board as they all said.  There seems to be a more active group from the Brooksville/Tampa area at the moment but don't let that deter you.  These two wheelers are made for riding and it seems we are usually all willing to ride to eat as Mike said.

Welcome from Orlando (soon to be moving to Ocoee). I've been wanting to get out and meet everyone on some of these rides but have been in the process of remodeling my house since July. Getting out to ride has been few and far between since my trip to Chicago. We're moving in Nov 15th and I'll have time to go on some of those RTE trips! Looking forward to meeting all of you!!!  cooldude

The west coast and central dwelling members have in the past organized rides to the Howie in the hills area serving three restaurants being the Yalaha Bakery, JB Boondocks and Lake Harris Hideaway that would be 70 miles from Ormond beach and about the same or a tad more for the east coast riders.
Jeff Parker, Laure, Jack, Pete, John, Eddie, Burt, Mike or anyone have any thoughts on other RTE destination places near Lake Apopka that could bring the east, central and west together?

Jerry

Doug had suggested a couple of places over by the same area,on 27 and a couple of miles north of 50.
I have not had a chance to check them out yet but let me get with Larue and we will let you know.
It will be great to do something in the middle so we can gather from East, West and Central.

And....Welcome from Central Florida and the mega city of Eustis!
We do rides up to 3 Bananas and Shrimp R us occasionally and also up to Astor for lunch at the top of the Landing. Also up to Palatka occasionally for some really good Seafood as well as over to High Springs when Thunderbolt lets us near his territory.
