Well, it looks like I might actually be able to make my 2nd VRCC ride-in this year.  I just signed up for CBR yesterday and from the looks of things, I guess I'll be carrying the flag for Pennsylvania.    I can't wait.    Also, just FYI...in case anyone is thinking about booking a room, I booked yesterday (9/8/09) and they still had rooms available and they did give me the discounted rate.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone was putting together any sort of group ride on Friday to the hotel like was done for the Blue-Grey ride.  I'd love to hook up with a bunch of other riders on Friday on the way to the hotel.  I've even been know to go a bit out of my way.  I turned a 170 mile ride to Gettysburg into a nearly 700 mile ride through Wytheville, VA.    So the starting location isn't too important...as long as I can get there in time leaving from my house around 5-6 am. 

So...is anyone getting a group ride to the hotel together?

Check the Ohio Board, usually a group of them rides over together.  Glad you can make it!

True. I'm a 1/2 hour from the Ohio line. I think it was 500 miles from Chambersburg to my door step. I guess you would have to get up kinda early!  The buffet is to die for. Esp the gravey in the mornings!
