A couple of fiches show it's the same part as used for a ST1300. ST part is narrower and longer.

Honda parts house fische says this is it.  90158-mzo-000.  $17.  ouch!  what happened? did it crossthread or get kicked under the workbench into the dark abyss.

I checked and it does indeed list the same part number for the Valk and the ST1300. Did you buy the ST1300 new, or was it used and maybe the PO replaced that bolt with something else?

Valkyrie bolt is MUCH fatter.

I lost mine several years ago.  Not sure how it fell out.  Went to local Honda dealer to get a new one.  Took 2 1/2 weeks to get it to me.   and the $17 price that was quoted above is lower than what I was charged.  I have never gone back to that dealer.
