From the national board, it seems we have lost long time member RJ today...  :'(

I'm  sad to inform everyone like this. But sadly to say Russell Bullard past away around 9:30 AM. HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED! Thanks, Rex Bullard.

I never had the honor to meet the man but I always valued his insight and his way he spoke his mind with class but got his point across. He will be missed.

 I met rj  Smiley years ago at "dennis from blythe"s house ... a steak cook out ...
he was show'in off his new 128 led radianz tail light in the garage ...    Shocked
a gift from his wife ... he told us
I ordered one soon as I got back home ...

Very sad news...my thoughts are with his family and friends.

Never met him in person, but feel I at least got to know him a bit through the VRCC Board.
