  I am going to the service for RJ and would like company. It is a five or six hour trip from here ( N/E Illinois). I have had surgery three weeks ago but am able to drive , but company would make the trip easier. I plan on leaving the Crystal Lake area going down rte 47 to 88 and then on to Iowa.
  Any takers and the trip can be adjusted . Help driving will make it easier as I have to be back Monday for physical therapy.

Wish I could - it's 12 hours from here and that doesn't take into account the icy roads between here and there.  Thanks for going!

I wish so badly I could go with Ross. The 88 exit with Rt 47 is about 7 miles from me. Unfortunately, I am the only electrician that was asked and agreed to work Sunday. I was asked last Tuesday.

On just about any other weekend, I would have been available.
So sorry!
