I see pictures of the stock seats with studs and I see there is a cover set sold with studs, says made by Mustang.  Did Honda ever produce a OEM studded seat???

Yes Honda made one it was an aftermarket seat.

You could have them put on your stock seat, try a shoe / leather repair shop.
