" The Fall Color Ride "

Ride-in to Robbinsville , North Carolina on friday Oct.16 for the pre-ride party. The Fall Color Ride will be on saturday Oct.17 in the beautiful Carolina mountains. We'll ride the area's best roads for motorcycling and fall color scenery.Ground zero is The Phillips Motel @ 290 East Main St.Robbinsville,NC ( 828 )479-3370. Alternate motel's in case of a sell out is The San Ran Motel@ US 129 By-Pass Robbinsville,NC ( 828 )479-3256 and The Microtel @ Rodney Orr By-Pass Robbinsville,NC ( 828 )479-6772. Couple things to remember ( 1 ) We'll be in the higher elevation so bring cold weather gear . ( 2 ) Robbinsville , North Carolina is a " DRY " county so if you plan to have any alcoholic beverage you must bring it with you.Miss Reba the owner of The Phillips Motel always has plenty of firewood for us to enjoy at the night party fire pits.Look forward to seeing everyone again ...Bring it ...LET'S RIDE  Smiley

Best I can tell we have the entire motel and cottage's to ourself ( VRCC ). Miss Reba still had a 4 bedroom cottage the last time I talked to her but other than that we've sold it out 4 years in a roll  cooldude

Don't know if Warlock will make it, they have a grandbaby that is due and he may have to take some time off to go visit them.

I have not seen Magoo's new ride yet, he is in Arkansas this weekend for a ride with some local buds.  Maybe when he gets back he'll stop by and let me check it out.  Of course Beekeeper has seen it already.  They drove up to get it this past week.  I told Magoo at dinner the other night, ''you can't hide money''  Grin

Paul.....in case you don't get the email I sent to you(your email addy recently changed), I plan on staying in one of the cottages with Scooter and crew in an extra bedroom they have....it'd be much easier on my back than the couch in 205 and the CPAP machine would be easier to use too.....that might allow either Mike M or Coot a place if they don't mind using the couch?..... cooldude
