I guess they are trying to keep the rif raf out.  I was close to, wandering around Brooksville in the am, headed back home around 12:30. |

In answer to darksidemxer's question, that blue and white Valk belongs to Jerry Jennings. He is a retired (Hernando County?) Deputy Sheriff. It is indeed one of the sharpest IS's I have ever seen.
