I propose "El Flamboyan" Puerto Rican Cuisine in Wylie. Good food. Family atmosphere. Nice people. Your taste buds will thank you.

Some nice twisties if we take Stacy Rd via Allen TX to Country Club Rd. Then straight shot back home via 544 to 121 or 75 or the Goerge Bush.

Who is in? And what date works best?

546 is also a good ride from (or to) mckinney airport to/from lucas road.
