Lots  of smart alecks like to tell Boudreaux and Thibodeaux jokes, implying that Cajuns aren't intelligent.
 
Consider this:

Anybody who builds a city 10 feet below sea level, in a hurricane prone zone, and then fills it with Democrats...is a genius!
