Tourer screen to Interstate fairing help
«
on:
January 17, 2016, 06:30:46 AM »
I've been considering a fairing for one of my bikes and the Interstate fairing, to me, is the best looking one out there.
Can anyone help me out on the parts I'll need to assemble?
Obviously, I'll need the fairing, headlight and screen garnish's, headlights and cowl stay.
I plan on getting a new screen.
What changes will I need to do to the wiring?
I'd like to use the Tourer speedo & tach. Can that be done? I don't want any bells & whistles the Interstate has, just the fairing.
Looks like one of the cowl stays , the smaller lower one, is the same one the Tourer uses for the screen & blinker. Yes/No?
Any advice is, or suggestion's are, appreciated.

There is a post, maybe 1-2 years old, someone has the IS fairing on their Tourer with the round gauges mounted.
