1. Pull Through site     Full Sized RV, I was advised I would be put into a back in slot but, whatever.
2. Amperage needed.  30 Amp
3. Water                    YES, needed
4. Sewer                    Not really needed but, I assume that an RV site would be so equipped.
5. Length of camper or RV (if appropriate)  26' Fifth Wheel with full size truck.
6. Tent site (Primitive)  Nope
7. Tent site with power Nope
8. Any other specific needs / requirement or request.   Dancing Girls????   Wink

Dancing Girls... hmmmm... Well Ron, it MIGHT be possible, given that "Girls" is not defined in your request. 2funny

Hmmm.............

Well, realizing that we may have different definitions on exactly what "dancing girls" may imply, I think I'll drop the request.  One never knows what one may end up with.......................

Budman,

I plan on coming up for a 2-3 days, not exactly sure which ones.
A lot will depend on work,  the event schedule and what (if any) tech sessions will be focused on the 2014-2015 New 1800's.
Anyway, I'll just need a primitive site. Preferably within staggering distance of the fire pit and coolers.  cooldude

2 campers. One old fart, one mobility challenged. Maybe one campsite close to the bath house? Tent without electricity. For the week of the event, please.
Thank you.
Ride safe.

This is a first for me.  I have an Aspen Classic, so I want the cheapest site with electric on the site and water near by that I can get.  Not sure if I am allowed to use a tent site or not.  I would also like to be near the bath house in case I get my wife to come along.  She has never camped and I will never be able to get her to go if it is a hike to the bath house.

Thanks for taking on this task

I've been waiting for a few more registrants before dealing with them on the price for slots.
Once that is nailed down, I'll see how t hey want to handle registrations.
I suspect (and will try to arrange) a code our users will give them to get the arranged price.

Would probably like a Pull-through for a 35' Valkyrie Hauler with 50Amp and Full Hook ups.  Unsure how many nights at this point, kind of waiting on the events calendar.

I need to know the event hotel name and some idea of pricing to decide if I'm camping or staying at the hotel. I seem to need to register before finding this out, which is not a good thing. I need to estimate trip costs to decide if I'm going and need to register. Any help?

Rooms are starting at $89.00 per night. You can spend more depending on the room you chose or you can split a room and save. Ground zero is the place to be but if you can't swing it camping is better than not attending.   cooldude

I'm calling the campsite tomorrow morning and will post the rates I get from them immediately after that conversation.
I should have something posted by early afternoon.

Budman,
I appreciate your efforts on the group's part.    But, based on the numbers that have responded with an interest in staying at the campground, I doubt you'll get much of a break on pricing.    It is, what it is.

Looking forward to this event and I've got two other Valkyrie owner's that have elected to stay in my RV/Toy Hauler with me.    Thanks for all you've done.    Looking forward to meeting and sharing a little wind and asphalt with you.   cooldude

We will be camping. Would like pull thru for 35' 5th wheel. 50 amp hook up would be great. Will arrive Sat or Sun. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
I am sorry for my recent absence and neglect for the camping organization task.
There have been two family death in the past month and one more is imminent.  Our attendance this year is now questionable as well die to other family factors, not ALL of them bad for once, but still serious conflicts.
Once again, my apologies for bugging out.

I'm not trying to take over but I would be willing to organized this if Budman is willing. I have talked to the lady at the Campground and she said that we could get a much better rate if someone would get her a list of people and information. I'm hope to hear back on this soon.

As it appears Budman is taking care of personal business, you've got my vote.

If I need to provide you with any additional information, please let me know.   I'd like to get reservations made..............   cooldude

Interested in attending this year - Morgantown Wv June 13 (Check in late afternoon) - 17 (check out - AM) 2016

I have a Roll a home Wide. And will need electric if available. I can walk to showers or bathhouse, so wherever everyone else is... is just fine with me.

If a "tent" camp site with Electric fits the bill, I'm Ok with that too... or if I need to go to an Rv, that is ok too. Just need a relatively flat spot to setup the camper, electric is nice to have.

If need, I can get by without the electric, and go solar / battery for my Cpap needs. But electric would be preferable.

let me know more when $$ is defined.

Mama spoke to Taya, the owner/operator of the campground.

She has what they call tent sites and camper sites.  Electricity is available for the camper sites.  She will place all people mentioning Valkyrie or VRCC together as much as possible.

She is offering a discount to InZane attendees.  Based on our information it's difficult to figure how deep that discount is but it seems to be somewhere around twenty percent. I say it's hard to figure because honestly their prices tend to float.

The hotel folks think they are about two miles away.  Mama says it wasn't very far but she's missing the information that will allow her to determine the exact distance.  The campground folks define it as "just at the bottom of the hill" or ten miles.  They're country folks.

To me the important factor would be the InZane campers being near one another.
