Had a maroon L. turn in front of me only yesterday which had me clinching my R. hand plus other body parts momentarily. 3 headlights, one which modulates, STILL didn't have a clue I was there.  tickedoff

That is a real tragedy and I'm glad they got the driver. I also have the modulating headlight as well as blinking rear brake lights. I know that they have made a difference in my visibility as well as my bright yellow jacket. I know some people don't think there cool but to me it's all about getting noticed. I even had some people get pissed at my headlight thinking I'm some kind of emergency vehicle. But I don't care if it gets me noticed.

Everyone ride safe out there.

Dang!  I just got a dash cam for the bike. This guy would have had to have one on the rear too to cover his a$$.

Folks, it doesn't matter how many lights, flashing or otherwise, how loud your exhaust may be, or how loud the color of your bike or jacket is. The bottom line is that we are responsible for our own safety, should consider every other motorist as a danger and must ride accordingly. Please, all of you, ride defensively. I've grown rather attached to my Valkyrie friends and want to keep you around for many years to come.
