Maybe I'm a little too bored, but I was staring at this picture on my family calendar and got to thinking about then and now. The unique thing about this pic is that these four were all within two inches of the same height. They no longer are.

Here are a few notes about this picture:
The picture was taken in July seventeen years ago.
They are combined the children of one father and two different mothers.
Their names in the order of their births are Christine, Susan, Angela, and Aaron.
Their ages were 17, 13, 9, and 8. The two in the middle by age have birthdays after July.
Each is standing next to his or her half sister.
They are not standing in birth order, but the youngest and the eldest are at the ends.
Today three have one child each. Only one child's gender does not match that of his or her pictured parent.
Two are currently married.
The two married are each expecting the soon arrival of a second child. Both expected children are of the same gender. Only one of the two matches the gender of the pictured parent.
Two standing next to one another have children with the same middle name.
The three children of the pictured parents are named Grace, Jaden , and Lincoln.
From tallest to least tall, the four are today precisely the reverse of what appears in the picture.
Only two, true siblings, have ridden on the Valkyrie, one of which is not a parent.
Now, if you enjoy a good logical obstacle course, tell me how much you know about these four young people.

You z/OS guys!! Us UNIX folks would have handed this riddle off to a simple recursive algorithm which would obfuscate the data so thoroughly that we would end up with inferences to Lincoln-Kennedy or Nostradamus (depending on the seed value for the algorithm of course).
I'm sure hubcapsc is already drawing a cartoon for the solution!

Christine and Susan are full sisters, Angela and Aaron are full brother/sister. From left to right Aaron, Susan, Angela, Christine. Aaron and Susan are both married and have kids with the same middle name. Aaron and Angela have ridden a Valk. Angela has no kids. Either Susan or Christine has a boy. I am missing something else.

Aaron has a son and is the tallest of the group, Christine is now the shortest.

Chillerman, you're good. You only missed one and were unsure of one. In reviewing I see that it's because I failed to tell you that the mismatched gender of the expected baby also doesn't match his or her sibling. Had I told you that you would have gotten them all.

When posting riddles like this, you are supposed to ask a question like,
"Which one lives closest to me?", or "How many fingers am I holding up?".

You have to tell me what I missed!! Christine is married, has a girl and is expecting a boy. I saw when I reviewed the info that I hadn't provided what you needed to distinguish between Christine and Susan. I thought the same middle name would be enough to show that Susan and Aaron both had boys, but I guess these days some names can go either way. You're a logical gymnast.
