Oh come on Carl, we can give a couple of details....
1) Tentataive dates: July 14-18 2) Location hint: All of the VRCC staff will be traveling in a Northeasternly direction.
If this hint is valid...I give it a big thumbs up! I am usually already in New England at Lake Winnipesaukee for a family reunion during that time anyway.

Okay, a few quick questions: Would you be willing to pay a few dollars more for the room if the accommodations were a lot better than we've had before? YesWould you attend if it were a couple of hundred miles further from your home? YesHow about if it were a lot closer? Let me think about that. YesWould you attend if it were in November? Depends on where it isWould you attend if you were the only one from the VRCC that would otherwise be missing? Me being missing wouldn't slow things downWould you attend if the Friday night blowout included three of the staff dancing naked on the tabletops? Would you attend if it were almost, but not quite exactly like last year's InZane? Don't do change well but would give it a shot..

The hint is valid, but perhaps you misunderstood. I meant that from our homes, the VRCC staff would all be traveling Northeast. VRCC staff members live in California, Arizona, Oklahoma and Kansas. From the information given, one can only determine that InZane will be N.E. of Kansas.

Yep...I just realized that I mentally omitted one word from that hint earlier, that word being "staff". Northeast of Kansas covers a large area......
I'm sure it will be great where ever it is!!

Maryland is colored in, since I have ridden through that state previously...however you are correct that I have not been to New Jersey. So I guess that means those who might be hoping for a Newark Valkyrie gathering have not yet had their hopes crushed!!

OK. So.... putting together all the clues so far, we have the following possibilities (I included the Dakotas since parts of them are northeast of parts of Kansas): I'm wondering if the terrain will look similar to this -RP

Yes, but Willow lives in Olathe which is far eastern Kansas, which would eliminate the Dakotas and probably MN as well,,, unless NNNE is almost the same as NE Gear Jammer is correct regarding the Dakotas and the Western half of Minnesota; they are west of Olathe, KS. As stated in the first clue, the VRCC staff will all be riding in a Northeasternly direction. Willow and Motomama will be doing so from Olathe. I guess I should have specified which city in Kansas. Sorry 'bout that RP!

That could also be back to Zanesville, OH from whence the name InZane originated. If you all recall, some members were wondering about returning to our "roots" for #10. Although I'd love to see it in either Wisconsin or Michigan, especially Wisconsin. My 41 yr. old "baby" lives in the Green Bay area and I'd love to spend some time with them again. If in Michigan, I also have family and friends scattered there as well. As for Zanesville, it's about 75 miles from my sis-in-law in the Columbus area. Indiana....again, it's close to family and friends. OK....so I'm part of a big family!!

One clue was an extra 200 miles NE. Now, take a look at a map and you'll see that Des Moines, IA is 200 miles somewhat NE of Olathe, KS and happens to be the same place GWRRA is having their Wing Ding next summer. Soooo....add it to things that make you go HMMMMM??? Truth be told, I think they're having it there so RJ can ride his bike to InZane. The following year it will be in Indianapolis for Wayne. But just don't have it in Florida unless it's right after Biketoberfest. Too hot and rainy from May to October, as bad as Paducah only with more rain. Besides, I wouldn't get to travel then.

I'll put my $$$$ on Northern Michigan. They got good roads, sights, & expensive Motels. One place in mind, you'd have to leave the bike across the pond as no vehicles are allowed on the Island.

Similarly...the comedian Steven Wright once said, "Everything is within walking distance...if you have enough time." This one statement opened my mind to look into simple statements and make them more complicated.
