Be gentle as I'm an electrical mental midget.
Put a new Yusa battery in the bike 2 weeks ago. Took the bike out for a 50 mile spin and everything worked as it should with the exception of one of the headlight bulbs was out. Replaced the burnt out bulb and when I tried to start the bike to test the headlight I have no power anywhere. No dash or headlights.
I hadn't started the bike since my short ride two weeks ago. I put the trickle charger on it and left over night, still nothing this morning. Wondering if i inadvertently shorted something when putting things back together after replacing the battery. I do have a small auxiliary fuse box on a separate relay for running lights and amplifier. Other than that I'm not sure where to begin?

Check the main fuse (under the right side cover, in the starter solenoid area) and the individual circuit fuses themselves.
If voltage there, work your way to the ignition switch and verify voltage at the connector.
Do you have the service manual w/schematics available?
ETA:
Also check the battery ground cables.

Check the dog bone fuse. Check for tight connections on the battery.

Reason I said check kill switch is some how on mine I hit it. It went into like middle way between run and kill. Every thing on my bike died. No start no lights nothing weird. When I flipped the switch to kill and then back to run. Every thing worked.

I'm sure we've all hit the kill switch and not noticed. But it sure is a relief when you notice it and that's all it is.

Maybe the starter button contacts need to be cleaned up, I had the same symptom and that was the fix.

Still waiting on any more feed back.
I would start with a known working battery, and try to jump it. Then the fuses.
If no power to the light, could the start button be stuck in, or at a spot, that it's not starting or supply power to the light?

Put the battery on a regular charger rather than the Battery Tender and let it charge for a few hours. Fired right up. Previous owner had installed a voltage the indicator, showing a green light what ch is telling me the alternator is charging. Now I'll have see if something is draining the battery or I may simply have a defective one.
Thank you for all of the input.

Harbor freight has a battery/charging system tester for around $20. It works great to test the battery for weakness as well as the charging system to see the output of the alternator. I've used it on my cars, tractors and motorcycles too. That's how I found my Valkyrie alternator was putting out 11 volts.

You should be able to just go to your battery with a volt meter.
Put it one without running, should be in the 12V range. You want high.
Start the bike up, and at idle see what you have. I believe above 1500 rpm you should get something closer to 14V.
