I have a 99 Interstate with a Mustang Seat. It appears to be attached at the rear by the fender bolt. I have a stock seat with the back tab where does that connect? I checked the parts breakdowns on the fiche but cannot ID if a special bracket this tab connects to or not

Look at the rear fender there is a slot for that tab to slide into. It is made on the fender if I remember correctly.

If it is made likestock interstate seat the tab fits in the bracket on the trunk rails. there should be two tabs that hang down from the trunk support bracket and the seat tab slides in between them to hold it in place. The tab on the bottom of the seat fits in the bracket on the top of the front part of the rear fender.
