The #3 cylinder does not fire,  and with the enrichment lever fully open, I am not able to bring the engine above idle without the engine dying out.
I have completely cleaned all passages in all 6 carbs and verified that the #3 plug is not the issue as I switched them around without making a difference.
"Basic-basics" tells me that it is the fuel, spark, or compression. I have not found a fitting for the compression tester that fits the spark plug threads...perhaps that is the next step. I have the compression tester, just not the right head for the plug hole. Anyone know where I can get one?

Can't help with the rest, but notice you have only 2 posts, so I'm going to figure you have not been around and reading a lot.

Are you sure the enricher is fully on? Did you watch the slides? You pull the lever down all the way it will go, then you force it to move another 1/4" +. Now you are moving all 6 of those slides. It takes force, but you aren't breaking it.

Yes the enrichment slides are fully engaged.. it is the only way it will run at idle.

Even with 1 cylinder not working it should start on the choke and soon after it should idle (low) after opening the choke.

If 3 is not firing is number 4 firing?

Do you have a spare sparkplug? Take the lead off and put on the plug, lay on the top of the engine and start it to check for spark.
Is the vacuum nipple on the intake runner blocked off?
Run and spray WD 40 or the likes around the intake and see if the rpm changes.
If you have cleaned the carbs you have had the intakes off, did the O ring go back in properly?

Hey goody,, sounds like your carbs are all gunked up. You can try running a can of B-12 (available at WalMart for about $3) but if the bike will not even run to ride it, you probable need clean the carbs and jets properly.
