Dragon vs. Dragon

For any riders in Michigan, I just settled my lawsuit in Michigan.  I was recommended to use Lawrence Katkowsky for my case.  Dondi Vesprini was assigned.  It took over two years and numerous discussions with him .  He would NOT do what I asked because he wanted to settle via arbitration.  Arbitration awarded me a small settlement.  Mr. Vesprini would not include ALL my injuries, only my shoulder that had surgery.  I still have pain in my ankle and knee and wrist on the right side where I went down.

If you get in a bike wreck...  DO NOT USE LAWRENCE KATKOWSKY.  He will not represent you properly.  He is only after a fast settlement.

I am aware of Michigans "NO FAULT"  law, but I still was not properly represented.

Not sure how to get this on the internet, but I know comments should come up if I post using his name.  I am aweare, since the defending attorney found my comments on several websites like this one.
Thanks for letting me vent.

Ride safe.
