Hi all!

I am going to bike night on Main in Mesa on the 6th of May. I'll be with co-worker Joe on his Street Glide but I sure would like to be gregarious with other Valkyrie owners.

We'll be there early, around 6:30. More info on this soon.

Phil.

Nice ride, RDKLL. I sure will recognize your Valky. Also I'm sure Desert Brewing company is a great place to hang out, so we should meet there.

WOXOF, see you guys there!

5:30 PM, that's 55 miles right through rush hour Phoenix for me. I'll see if it's doable when Friday afternoon rolls around.

Yeah, 5:30 is going to be rough for us. Cheryl has a 40 mile commute from her office on the 101 which is pretty much bumper to bumper gridlock at that time. We are looking at 6:30 or so.

Ya know Tim, when I retired from rush hour commuting in NY I swore that I would never get stuck doing it again....  Now here I am contemplating it for pleasure...... At least back there you could take side streets if it was really bad..  Out here there are Mountains in the way....

Hey Phill, I see your bike but I don't see you or Tom. Cheryl and I are sitting along the street right in front of entrance.

RDKLL, it was great meeting you. WOXOF and Cheryl, we saw each other briefly but next time we'll have a chance to spend more time together.

Sorry I wasn't able to find you guys in the crowd.  I went around asking some of the people if they owned the green Valk out in front, but, no one would admit to it.

Cheryl and I wore our USAF vests again.  I should have gotten a USAF vest sooner.  Quite a few people came us to us and asked about my military service.  One gal was a USAF vet herself - a former F-15 electrician.

I did make new friends and now have a new BFF - Monty Python:

I think the circus just might be in town....

So anyone knows the woman who thanked me for my service? I had to remove my helmet to hear her. It wasn't Cheryl, was it?
