Do we have any F6b riders ?  I am trying to learn/understand how the rear shock adjust/preload works. Do you push/pump , the pump knob or does it twist/screw-unscrew to adjust the shock?

  No I dont have one Sad  just been looking at things

You twist the adjuster knob from one detent to the next. There isn't any resistance on the knob as you turn it.

Thanks Lucky Duck.  Does it only change ride height ?  I'd think it may change the spring rate/damping ?

It changes the spring rate. I expect the ride height is changed too but probably not much. I tightened mine from what it was set at new and haven't touched it again. I only went a couple of detents and didn't notice a change in ride height.
