I have a pair of Kyryakyn grips on the bike that I won somewhere in 1999 or 2000...possible at InZane I. I installed them in '08 or '09.
Anyway, I think the rubber has degraded to the point it wont grip the throttle enough to do what it needs to do....I dont have any problem buying a new set, but I am see new Kury grips with the insert that captures the throttle cables and I dont even want to mess with that...
What is the Kury part number for the original back in the day ones

And as always...thanks in advance

What do you mean the rubber won't grip the throttle enough to do what it is supposed to? Is it slipping on the throttle tube? If so a little tube of grip stick (glue) will fix it. I have had mine on my bike since '98 and they are still stuck.

Got me some glue grip and a pair of gloves...$2.99 for the grip glue and $5 minimum, so I got a pair of gloves that I was eyeing.
So cool having an independent shop so close to the house
