It's quite a versatile piece as among the many models it will fit is included the 2004 Honda Valkyrie.

My guess is that he stockpiled them when he could get them at $35 and is now willing to part with them for only a $30 increase each.

He was selling these way before the UK "trick" was discovered here.
He might know something about the reappearance of the good ole days.

Anyway, a fair price for those with ugly stuff hanging on their Valk.

Seen that the other day.  Quite an increase from the $17 ea. I paid.
I'm glad I have a few spares.  Cool

The dealers are stuck with their inventory even if Honda gets back to reality. Don't think dealers are really keeping a lot of these on their shelf, could be wrong
Like it is now, he wouldn't have any trouble selling them for $100.
I'm just glad for anything still available for our Valks.

We had a distributer in at work today and was talking to him about his 3D printer. Told him I'd like to have a few bike parts made and he said to get him one of what I wanted and he would print it out. It won't be chrome but can be painted to match your bike. He said the first one is free for me but can make more if all goes well. I love working in the high tech industry  Shocked

Just got back from a ride & missed out.  Then it occurs to me, I took this cover off Deerslayer when I installed the Compufire alternator 16 years ago.  Which means I have one I can put on Jade, which is all bubbled up.  Hmm.  Now if I put some spray - on undercoating on the back, maybe that will preserve it?

I should have some new ones by next week, spun off a 3-D printer.
These will not be chrome, but paintable. They will be better (thicker) than stock with added ribs to bolster the bolt hole. May take some to WV if there is some interest  Cool

If he sold 20 in a day, I'd say there is interest.

Seen the bad ones and for the life of me can't figure out WHY some go bad and others don't! While it is NOT "pristine" and NOT a 10-more like a 9-it is NOT bubbly and wrinkly. 17 years and 117000 miles and it still cleans up nice. Who ever ends up bringing printed ones to I-16 MIGHT be interested depending on price point. Day glo green like my wheel openings are painted would make it a bit more "colorful" as I have a chrome air horn in that area also. RIDE SAFE.
