I'm thinking of putting a car tire on my new ride.
I've got a ATT on one bike. I like it but want something different.
Please list your Car Tire with size and pros & cons.
Hopefully this will help others decide also.

195/60/16 Yokohama Avid Ascend on the rear
150/70/17 Michelin Pilot Activ Rear on the front (reversed)
I've run others as well. So far this has been my favorite combo.

I ran two types...
Yokohama Envigor 205/60R16
Austone Taxi Tire 175 width (I forget the rest)
The Yokohama had awesome grip and kept the RPMs close to stock. It did cause a bit of "bump steer". It lasted about 20K miles.
The Austone handled a lot better with virtually no "bump steer". Slightly less grip. Lasted longer. Reduced RPM at highway speeds a good bit.

This was on the bike when I bought it...
Rear--- Goodyear Assurance 205/60R16.
I like it so far. I have a new Austone waiting to go on, but so far I'm happy with what I have....

Hankook Optima 205/65.
Pros
- RPM'S are down 300 at highway speeds.
- Great low speed handling.
- Smooth
- Quiet
Cons
- Boring Tread pattern.

Austone Taxi Tire, only comes in one size (I think).
Pros: Handles like a MC tire, lasts a very long time and lowers highway RPM some.
Cons: Sorry, don't know of any.

Below I have posted a link to a great DarkSide database. Use the Search tool, plug "Honda" and "Valkyrie" (**Don't put a year in!**). The results return a good number of tires. Hover your curser over an entry and you will get more info. I have personally contributed to the database and would urge you to as well, especially if you ran a tire that isn't listed, or a size that isn't listed. It's easy, in "Tire Database" select "Add My Tire" (Remember we have 5.5" wide rims). Have fun, play around, see what guys are using on other bikes.
