Yeah, I had a good ride once I got past the accident on SR50 east of Clermont. Spent about 45 minutes trying to get past it, they had both directions blocked off for over 1/4 mile so you can imagine the traffic backup. I got there just as the rest of the guys were coming out, but after clearing the accident I was determined to get a ride in but got there quite late. Afterward Pappy and I headed north on 19 out of Groveland, I was able to pick up the Pike a few miles up and headed home. Didn't want to take a chance on all the traffic not being cleared out yet. The temps were getting downright toasty by the time I hit the driveway, glad to get in the a/c. Hot weather riding isn't for me, never was able to handle it, been that way my whole life. Time to go into hibernation.  Cheesy

No doubt John, the heat takes it out of ya. I could feel it baking the arms today trying to get past the 50 spf sun block. On the flip side no bugs today!!!  Unless they all got caught in Don's beard.
And how nice it was that Sloans Ridge road is newly paved!  cooldude

Nope, No BUGS, but quite a few snarls.....  And Sloan's Ridge Rd was definitely worth the second trip. Had a great time, as always, and I am looking forward to the next one.
