Just want to give a shout out to BBF.
I know a lot of guys on this forum who have the time and knowledge to repair almost anything on their ride, well, that group does not include me. I am lucky enough to live close to BBF and had him change out fork springs, fluids, seals and washers on my '99 Tourer. I put in a lot of hours at work and would much rather ride than wrench when I have the time. Anyway, Big Bill Ferguson made the time for me on short notice and had the job done the next day. He let me know that my starter switch was on the way out and changed that out for me while he had her on the lift. He saved me a couple hundred bucks and I knew that he really cared about the quality of work and my ride, thanks BBF!
