So I have the Dyna box, Cobra exhaust and I am running without baffles. I understand that this is going to kill my gas mileage some. I have played with moving the clip around on the needles some but don't really know where to set the fuel mixture screw to set it right. Has anyone else played with this is there a set amount of turns per slot please help.

I've searched for the specific term "fuel mixture screw"  and found nothing. Plus I'm not just talking about setting it like Dyna says.

Try pilot screw setting/adjustment.
