Looking for accessory advise

I'm looking to add a couple of accessories to a '99 Valkyrie standard and would like some guidance.
  First is a front light bar to mount my driving (passing) lights.
  Second is an auxiliary fuel tank and mount (I've seen these in pics on this site, but can't find them advertised for sale).   Any help would be appreciated.

Don't have a link for light bar, I took a different approach with the lighting.  I mounted to bright LED lights down low on the bike, mainly just to make it easier to be seen.  Much like the POD lights they used to sell for the interstate.
