The tee fitting is on the tank vent line in case you drive in water or rain, so as to keep the line open. The other 2 are your carb drain and air filer drain (which should have a plug in it). Look to see if you have any fluid in it and if so drain it.

That's not the vent line tee, it's the tee to the drool tube. It's either disconnected or missing.
